What happens to your old records

Four spreadsheets with three spellings of one company name become one list. Whatever is wrong in the old system arrives in the new one on day one unless someone fixes it first.
Nothing is deleted at the far end
The old export is kept intact and handed to you alongside the new database, so the migration is auditable rather than something you have to trust.
Anything we cannot map, we show you
Fields with no home in the new system are listed and decided together. They are not quietly dropped to make the numbers line up.
