The Challenge
Customers booked grooming by phone call and WhatsApp, then waited for a call back that sometimes never came. Nobody could see when a van would arrive on their street.
The Solution
A booking flow with live van slots by area, and a deposit taken at checkout. An interactive Dubai coverage map and an owner dashboard keep bookings and slots in one place.
