How many kinds of user you have
One screen set for everyone is quicker. A manager, an agent and an accountant each need their own.
What other systems it connects to
Your accounting software, your payment provider, your website forms. Each link is an API, built and tested separately.
How much old data moves, and how clean it is
One clean export is quick. Four spreadsheets with three spellings of one name is not. We clean them first.
Whether you need Arabic as well as English
Arabic reads right to left, so every screen is laid out twice, and dates, numbers and documents checked again.
Whether people use it away from a desk
A store room with no signal, or a delivery van. Software that works with no internet and catches up later costs more.
The rules you follow, and who checks them
A free zone rule, or an auditor who asks who changed a record and when. A full history costs more.
When the price becomes fixed
Any price quoted before the scope is written down is a guess
We will not give you one, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The first step exists to replace the guess with a number.
The Build Plan carries one fixed price
Every screen and every rule listed in plain English. You approve that list and that price together, in writing, before any code is written.
A change after that is priced on its own
You see what it costs and decide. Nothing is added to the bill because it seemed obvious to us.
