Joseph Smart Solar Website Transformation

Joseph Smart Solar website redesign case study

Clear Homepage Positioning

Joseph Smart Solar full website before and after redesign

COM8 rebuilt the website with a much sharper first impression. The new homepage opens with “Solar Panel Installation for Businesses Across Dubai & UAE” and immediately supports the message with DEWA Shams Dubai approval, Est. 1979, Jebel Ali, Dubai, and a clear CTA: “Get My Free Energy Audit.”

This makes the first screen more focused.

The user now understands three things quickly:

Joseph Smart Solar is approved.Joseph Smart Solar is established.Joseph Smart Solar has a clear first step for solar evaluation.

The website no longer starts like a generic solar brochure. It starts like a business-focused solar platform.

Problem-Led Messaging

The new website brings the buyer’s pain forward early. It talks about high electricity bills, summer DEWA pressure, commercial electricity rates, unused rooftop space, and confusion around solar cost, payback, and net metering.

This was a major content strategy improvement.

Instead of only saying “we provide solar,” the website now explains why solar matters to a UAE property owner or business.

The content connects solar with cost control, roof potential, and long-term savings. That makes the page more relevant and more persuasive.

Stronger Trust Structure

Trust is now built into the main website journey.

The new website highlights DEWA Shams Dubai and EtihadWE approval, complete permit handling, grid connection, in-house execution, Joseph Group backing, structural engineering capability, a 10-year performance guarantee, and Tier 1 equipment from LONGi, JA Solar, Jinko Solar, SMA, Huawei, and Fronius.

This is stronger because it answers a real buyer concern:

Can this company handle my roof, structure, approvals, electrical work, grid connection, and long-term system performance?

The new trust section is not just decorative. It supports conversion.

Clear Technical Journey

The new process section explains the solar journey from Free Energy Audit to Activation and Monitoring.

It covers DEWA bill review, roof space assessment, building orientation, energy consumption, system size, projected savings, payback period, DEWA Shams Dubai permits, structural approvals, grid connection documents, panel mounting, inverter installation, electrical wiring, and mobile app monitoring.

This is one of the strongest development improvements.

Technical information is now easier to follow because it is broken into a structured journey. Users can understand what happens before installation, during installation, and after activation.

The process now builds confidence instead of only listing steps.

Savings Made Visible

The new homepage includes a clear outcome section showing how DEWA bills can change after solar. It gives examples for an office building in Business Bay and a warehouse in Jebel Ali, including monthly before-and-after bill values and annual savings.

This section makes the value easier to understand.

The old website said solar could reduce costs. The new website shows what that reduction can look like.

For commercial users, that is a stronger conversion point than a generic service paragraph.

Interactive Solutions Module

The new solutions section replaces static cards with a tab-based module for different property types: Commercial Solar Installation, Industrial and Warehouse Solar, Ground-Mounted Solar Systems, Solar Car Park Shading, Residential Solar Panels, and Solar Maintenance and Monitoring.

This is one of the best screenshot sections for the case study.

The commercial solar tab explains payback, system size, DEWA and EtihadWE compliance, in-house execution, energy audit review, and monitoring.

From a UI and development perspective, this module does three important things:

reduces repeated service sections groups technical content by property type helps users choose the solution that fits their building

The section feels cleaner, more technical, and more useful than the old card layout.

Better About Page

Joseph Smart Solar About page showing Joseph Group headquarters

The new About page gives Joseph Group the visual weight it needed.

It opens with “45 Years of Building the UAE. Now We’re Powering It.” The page connects Joseph Group’s UAE history with Joseph Smart Solar’s renewable energy direction and presents the story with stronger visual treatment.

This is where the mountain visual should be used in the case study screenshot.

The old About page explained Joseph Group. The new About page turns Joseph Group into a brand advantage.

It makes the company feel more established, more premium, and more memorable.

Mission With Specifics

The new About page also makes the brand promise clearer.

Instead of relying only on broad trust statements, it explains what “Solar Done Right” means through proposal clarity, system size, expected output, savings projection, payback timeline, Tier 1 components, performance guarantee, maintenance, and monitoring.

This makes the content more practical.

The buyer is not just told that Joseph Smart Solar is reliable. They can see how reliability is handled through the actual project process.

Project Proof With Metrics

The new Projects page presents the Joseph Decorative Metal project with stronger technical and business context. It includes the client, Jebel Ali location, 150KWp on-grid system scope, DEWA grid integration, real-time monitoring, 150kWp system size, and estimated CO₂ savings.

This turns the project page into proof, not just portfolio content.

The user can understand scale, location, technical delivery, and measurable environmental value in one view.

Cleaner Enquiry Flow

Joseph Smart Solar commercial solar audit form

The new enquiry path is lighter and easier to complete. The form focuses on key details such as solar service type, project timeline, and roof size or available area.

The CTA is also stronger because it is tied to a Free Energy Audit.

Users are not just contacting the company. They are starting a solar evaluation process.

That makes the first action feel more useful.

Development Improvement

The redesigned website works better as a digital system, not only as a visual refresh.

The new structure uses cleaner, reusable section types such as:

hero blocks pain-point sections trust cards tab-based service modules process steps savings tables project proof cards FAQ sections shorter enquiry forms

This gives the website a stronger development foundation. Technical information is easier to organize, sections can scale without repeating the same content, and users can scan the page faster.

The development supports the business goal: give users the right information at the right moment, then move them toward enquiry with less friction.

Summary

After the redesign, Joseph Smart Solar’s website became clearer, more technical, and more conversion-ready.

The new website leads with authority, explains the buyer’s energy problem, presents technical trust points, uses an interactive solution module, brings Joseph Group’s legacy forward, explains the solar process clearly, shows savings examples, presents project proof, and simplifies enquiry.

The result is a web design and development project that improves structure, usability, technical communication, content hierarchy, and lead generation.
